Healty quilters
Sense posting my quilts and my weight loss picture in the pictures section everyone has been so kind with their comments. Thank you sooooo soooo much. I just love my quilting friends. I would love to pay it forward. Me and my quilting group have been trying to get healthy and we try new recipes. At our retreats we try and get out and walk in the mornings and make better choices for snacks.
