Choices I can easily recommend: placemats, table topper of center piece, purse, tote, microwave bowls, potato/corn microwave pouches, or wall hanging. Also, picture frames, small organizer, tissue holders. You could even make a collection of small bags, each bigger than the one before using metal measuring tape closures or zippers. The small bags would be useful for travel or sew-ins. This is just a beginning list of ideas.
