I thought there was a kitten in our house today...
but as time went one, I realized it was my new Bernina purrrrrring! I'm in heaven! So smooth and with such ease ... Today was my first test run. I've started to work on a baby quilt and then on the first block for our local quilt shop's Saturday Sampler. Here's what I accomplished today. Tomorrow I'm going to the quilt show hosted by the Carson Valley Quilt Guild at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center in Gardnerville, NV. If any of the quilting board members are in the area, the show is Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM. I'm not a member of the guild, but am anxious to see all of the more than 200 quilts.
(Please excuse my thread ridden design wall ... guess it's time to clean up that wall!)
