Probably it is a badged machine. A picture would help. Does it look like this one?

I found another one http://www.quiltingboard.com/vintage...e-t179842.html
I'm not as knowledgeable as some regarding the earlier badged machines. but I'm thinking maybe that one is a National. According to http://needlebar.org/main/makers/usa...nal/index.html that is one of the names that was put on a machine actually made by National. I don't know where to get a manual for this one.
