Dotty, with the rate decrease a few months back, the rate is $.68 for two ounces which is what my envelopes are. If you are putting 3 first class stamps on them, you probably are spending about $1.50 on each of them. Might be worth a trip to the post office to have yours weighed and put through the template. It's the weight
and the thickness that counts. If they tell you it's over a buck, I'd definitely ask them to put your envelope through the template. They'll know exactly what you are referring to. You can also order stamps by mail but they do charge a service fee on that.

Sounds like lmanna's is at the p o requesting more postage. What are you all doing? My postage scale says 3 stamps are enough. I would greatly prefer not going to the post office.
