Bonnie Hunter gave her father a quilt called Old Tobacco Road for Christmas last year. When I saw the picture, I knew I wanted to make one.
Here is my version--with a few changes to make it my own. It is 76" x 96". The backing is a very soft flannel. The pattern (free!) can be found here:
