It was for me. Sadly, the envelope still has the blue strip you pull off to seal it. The PC must have slipped out into the mail bag and who knows where it will end up.
we both hope it goes to either of us but it is unlikely. Forgetting to seal it is something I might do... No mad, just sad.
I mailed my PCs on Monday so I'm hoping one gets to NY and one to CA today or tomorrow.
