Hi, I always had a problem with hard boiled eggs, especially with fresh eggs. Have finally got it right. I boil eggs for 20 mins. at a boil( not a hard boil). I immediately run cold water over them until cooled off some and drain and put in fridge.
Now the trick is to crack and roll the egg and the shell just pops off most of the time. Give it a try, it works!
