This is how I did my ears. Sew across the 45*, iron down the ear piece to check that the unit still measures correctly and then trim the underneath fabric to the 1/4 inch. Place the small square on the corner and sew on the 45*(snowball) and trim after.[ATTACH=CONFIG]552006[/ATTACH]
