La Pa is pentagon based. Katja Marek has a web site for a hexagon based version. It's here:
http://www.katjasquiltshoppe.com/the...uilt-along.htm. She asks participants to buy her book, "The New Hexagon," although her millefiore quilt isn't included in it. I like the pentagon based version better, however, hexagon templates are probably more readily available.
