1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup old fashined rolled oats
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup Dannon Lite and Fit vanilla yogurt
1 lg. egg beaten lightly
2 Tbsp. canola oil


Preheat oven to 375 degrees
lightly grease muffin pan or use paper liners
in a bowl mix flour, oats, brn sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and raisins
in a 2nd bowl whisk together egg, yogurt and oil
stir yogurt mix into flour mix and stir until combined do not overmix
makes around 10 muffins
bake on middle rack for 22-25 minutes

180 calories per muffin, 35 calories from fat.
