Of course you can quilt on your Brothers. I have quilted for over 15 years on my Bernina 1530 with a 6" throat. I swept the awards one year at the San Diego County fair. My Avatar was quilted on this machine. It just takes some planning and support for the quilt as you are quilting. Post a photo of the baby quilt and we can give you quilting suggestions.
