The problem I was having was that the paper would not separate from the web.....it was very hard to pull it off, and the web kept pulling off the fabric with the paper. Part of it was just fine, separating cleanly, but other parts were pulling the web off of the fabric. So, maybe it is old? I bought it 2 days ago from WalMart. HUMMMMM!!
