You're right. Skills to develop, curved or y-seams, complex layout. Possibly, exploration of color schemes. I'm more looking for inspiration to help me figure out what I want to do. It's really one of those "you'll know it when you see it" situations. When it clicks, it will click. I hope. But I want something I can sink my teeth into.
Genden, I love the pattern you suggested. It would be a nice place to explore several different fabric combinations. It may be the one. Who knows? Thank you.
