Yummy peaches... When my parents were alive we would buy bushels to process. They loved "pickled peaches" and I hardly remember a holiday dinner without them. They were special. I like to make peach jam, too, and I've even put up peach pancake syrup! Happy memories with Mom and Dad in their kitchen, peeling peaches... the whole kitchen sticky!
