Step 1. Iron Heat&Bond to the
back of the fabric. Put aside.
Step 2. Trace the letters on Freezer paper. Cut out.
Step 3. Iron letters to the
front of the fabric in Step 1.
Step 4. Cut out, remove backing paper from the back, and iron to your background fabric.
Step 5. Remove the Freezer paper and you are done.

ETA: You don't have to reverse the lettering when done in this way. Just write the word as you normally would Left to Right, cut out, and iron the front. Much easier than having to think in reverse
