I found one story that they had found the man who cared for the dog. The dog got out and he hadn't been able to find him/her. I wondered about that because the dog appeared well fed and didn't seem to have any skin issues going on which pits that aren't being cared for often have. I couldn't find anymore but I'm hoping that Forgotten Dogs was successful in helping the dog out.
On a high note, the gentleman that was caring for the dog does small scale dog rescue so Forgotten Dogs is now working with him to help him place his dogs.
