The fastest way is to machine stitch the entire thing. I'm not sure I would say that's the easiest because I really don't think that hand stitching is difficult even for most new beginners, but here's a link to an entirely machine stitched binding tutorial. It's from Sewing with Nancy:

Note: you don't need one of those fancy adjustable side fence thingies. If you have one, great. If you have a seam guide, you can use that. Typically it's not super hard to stay in the ditch, but you can always stack up 5-6 post-it notes to create a makeshift seam guide so you know how to line up the edge of your quilt consistently every time.
