Yes, people don't understand that even a bit of gluten means that I'm going to have stomach cramps, nausea and not be able to sleep for several days. Its totally not worth it. About the only thing I will eat will be a bit of fresh fruit if it's there. With anything cooked, the chance of cross contamination and getting sick is just too high.
