I actually have the book that was published with all the patterns in it to make the complete quilt.
It was put out by Primedia Special Interest Publications, 741 Corporate Circle, Suite A, Golden CO 80401. 800-590-3465.
It was published in 1999 so I don't know if this information is still valid.
Worth a try though.
They also published "Grandma's Country Album ll" in 2000. Also a beautiful quilt.
