I know I'm not the only on that wishes spring could stay around all year. The cooler temps and beautiful colors in nature make my little ole heart go pitter-pat. The quilt top below was made using a block I designed way back in the wintertime while longing for warmer weather. I named the block "Back Porch Blooms" The idea for the border came from the many quilters that commented on my Podunk Posy quilt that you can find here
