I think you should "hold your horses". Just because they are hand pieced and hand quilted doesn't mean they are anywhere near museum quality or even salable. Someone who knows a little about quilts should look at them; perhaps a quilt shop owner or a long armer. Pictures are not good enough. They need to be looked at in person by someone who is familiar with quilts.
