Definitely putting in another vote for #1.

I'm not sure what else you're planning on doing with it. If you want to do more blocks, I'd definitely get a couple more jelly rolls to add blocks in the same colors -- but unless you plan to do 12 more blocks, I'm not sure it would produce the same effect.

I think the lightest beige is the best of the bunch as far as what I'd use for a narrow border and/or sashing.

If you're able to grab a bit more fabric, my first choice would be a multi-colored binding (see below). If you want it to be a solid color, red is always a beautiful, traditional choice. Lime green is something I've been seeing more of with the modern B/W quilts and is also quite lovely.

Here's a rough idea of a pieced binding that I'd go for. You can make each section whatever length you'd like.
