I think the quilt is just stunning! If you are satisfied having a small quilt I's stop now. If you want a bigger quilt say for the bed I'd buy more of the same fabric. I would not mix the browns and creams. I'd do a small red binding but that's all. I would not want to distract from the optical illusion factor of the quilt. It's a beauty!
