No, you're not! My sister (the only sister among us 4 girls) emphasizes the "wh" and I tease her mercilessly. It sounds like the way broadcast journalists are trained --to put an "h" before the "wh". "HWHat are you saying? HWHy are you blowing so much air to say "HWHere are we going?" I tell my sister she sounds like Tom Brokaw .

It's okay. She teases me when my Baltimore accent slips out. (It's a very unattractive accent.) "Hey, hon, winn are you goin' hooome? Ready da go down 'ee ohcean, hon?"
