My friend and I went to a wedding for a co-worker's daughter, who we did not know. We knew the colors of the wedding party. We went to the church and sat down, correct colors, but didn't see anyone we knew. We thought we were really early as the wedding party was milling around in the church. We sat there for a while and my friend said, I don't know if this is the right church. Everyone ignored us. I told her I would go to the car and look at the invitation and if I did not come back that she should come out. We had gotten the wrong church. We went to the right church and had just gotten inside when it just poured rain. We laughed as we told our friends about it. Quite memorable.
