Sorry I thought this would go next to your post.
I had trigger finger in my thumbs, the Dr. shot cortisone in them and that helped. 2 rounds. I also wrapped that elastic tape around my knuckles to keep them straight. In a pinch you can use a Band-Aid. It stopped after a while.
