Here is a really good tutorial for freezer paper piecing. It allows using the method without sewing through the paper so no having to rip it off of the stitches. Basically it allows one to fold the paper and sew right beside the fold. Do try paper piecing! It allows the most accurate, labor free methods! Look for patters with big pieces first.
