You could draw your own, use coloring book pages , or, Annie's Attic carry some. The ones from long ago were ( Aunt Martha's embroidery patterns) if you search Aunt Martha's you may find different places to purchase them. I still have a few of those patterns from my grandmother-- used a great set called ( Love Beneath the Willows) for a red work picnic quilt I made years ago- still a favorite.
