I have all this on a laminated card that I carry in my purse along with another laminated card with mattress dimensions, quilt sizes for that mattress in inches and what size batting to use. You would not believe how many times I've had to pull in out in fabric shop's to help a customer out. I think I downloaded and then printed it out from Pinterst.
