I went to the site suggested and I have a "local" who does the same for about the same price. The shop is 1.5 hours from me but they mail the finished quilt to me for $10. They have more choices for quilting patterns but that is just a plus. In the end my total cost is almost identical to Happy Crafters. A bonus for me is I get my quilt back in 1 - 2 weeks! This shop has 5 long arms and all are humming.

I love to do the hand sewing on the binding so I have never asked for that service. I would always check what is available near by before sending my work off by mail. Lucky me to have a high quality service near by!
