I love my crockpot. I had the old kind that did not have the removable crock and liked it better than the newer ones now. Since it was not a removable crock the heat was around the whole thing and not just the bottom - it cooked better in my opinion. But, it eventually cracked and had to be discarded for the newer ones. My favorite meal that it cooked so well was 2 cornish hens and 2 baking potatoes wrapped in foil. Come home from work, make a salad and serve dinner.
