I was surprised at how tender the chicken came out. Will do again for sure.
I made crockpot bread yesterday. It took longer than the recipes...there's quite a few of them but it tastes so much better than store bought sliced bread. It is the kind of bread you want to break a piece off of and just eat. I just don't enjoy doing that with storebought sliced bread.
I didn't let the dough rise separate from the crockpot cooking, so I might try a different technique next time.
