There is an organization in my town that coordinates rides for non-drivers in my zip code. I call it "Driving Miss Daisy."
I've met some delightful people that I now consider friends. I had to stop working last October because of a disability, but I can still drive. Driving Miss Daisy helps to make me feel useful after 49 years of working.
