There are many names for this block. Block Base lists:
Arrow- Aunt Martha
At the Square- Nancy Page
Colorado's Arrowhead- Workbasket 1935
Fireside Visitor- Clara Stone
Rope and Anchor- K C Star 1960
Broken Dish- K C Star 1937
Betty's Choice-Needle Craft Supply 1938.
I personally call it Arrows or Double Arrows, depending on whether you turn the colors to form single or double points.

Great job Judy... Love your choices, so pretty! Jan
Wow, never knew this pattern had so many names!

And to all who commented, yes, this is really a scrap-happy quilt! As soon as I finish the work on Mystery # 14, I am going to make another one of these. They are an easy block, as Jan said, once you wrap your head around the fact is is just a bunch of simple 4-1/2" blocks.
