Yes, you may print the label on plain paper and glue or tape it to the package.
There is no longer a discount, but you can email your Post Office to pick up your parcels the next day from a designated spot. I have a large stone frog planter on my porch and hide my parcels behind her and my carrier picks them up. It's a great service.
