Since the first group has all received their packages, we will now start the sewing time. It looks like for international packages going and coming between the US and Canada, the mailing time was 12 days. So, we will sew for 3 weeks, making the total size of the quilt top to send 24" (24 1/2" raw size). The week beginning September 4, we will mail again. Be sure to post pictures of fabric auditions, final choices, work in progress, etc. The more pictures, the more fun! Also post ideas for patterns you will use, a recipe, what your weather is, whatever. The more chat, the more fun!
I'm hoping to update the thread with regard to the second group, after receiving any responses to the messages that I've sent out. Frustratedquilter40, mim, and GracefulAnn have all mailed out their center blocks.
Let's make a goal to post on the thread at least once a week, so the others in the group will know you are participating and have not forgotten the Round Robin. Thanks!
