Watson--again you've scored with an awesome quilt! And Toverly's idea on narrow white border will really make the stripes float. For quilting I'd probably do a swirl or double loop circle in the white--you'd be able to move around the quilt easily that way. Then in the colors, why not just a couple of squiqqley lines going down the lenght?
