I have some of that same label fabric. Never thought to use it for something else, but now that you brought it up: Why not put fusible on back of label, cut out each label with seam allowance on outside, and fussy cut inside, insert pictures, and make a memory Christmas quilt out of the squares?? Maybe someone will have a better idea of how to do it, (I'm just waking up), but it would make a cute quilt. Especially for a young child.
