Thank you everyone! I was in such a hurry yesterday to get it to the nurse that I forgot to get my picture out in the sun. I am so disappointed I did that, but I will try to tell you about it.
It turned out so much nicer than what I showed here. I ended up sewing/embroidering around each pictures that left it with a pretty( trupunto ) effect with the high loft. I wash it all up after finishing to make sure none of the deep pink embroidery thread did not bleed, and it did not.
It really shown beautifully in that clinic light setting, and she was so surprised, and showing it to the doctor and others. The doctor slipped and told us she was having a bad day so that was right on time, and cheered her day up. Funny how things like that work.
I was so happy how it turned out, and it was my first baby comforter.
