I also got a box of fossil ferns and one other item. Today went out to mailbox and inside was a colorful plastic shipping bag with the other item. Checked the invoice and it had both items listed as in this shipment. SOOOO... off to Craftsy website to the MY ACCOUNT section. Look down the left side of page and you will see "GET HELP OR CONTACT US" and click on it. It takes you to a page of HELP but at the lower right, there is a CHAT button. After entering the order # and that my Fossil Fern Box was not sent, the Craftsy rep said it was an error and that it would be taken care of immediately. It took about a minute before I could see that it is re-shipping. There is no 800# just like many of the large retailers. But it was so easy. These items are my birthday and Christmas gifts so no hurry...
