Here's the block I made for LUM. Hope you like it! It's hard to tell from the picture, but both of the fabrics I added have metallic gold in them. On the 2-1/2" squares, I only had 12 of them. I wasn't sure how I'd use them, so I stashed them away. When sorting through my box of patriotic fabrics, they jumped out at me.
Hope you like the block. It's kind of a cross between a Jacob's Ladder and a Contrary Wife block.
