Default Won a Rosette (Third) Best of Show at the State Fair

A little backstory. Entered quilts last year at the State Fair for first time. My nephew jokingly said, why don't you have a rosette? I said, well, I just started and don't know the ins and outs yet and my work didn't qualify, although I did manage four blue ribbons, a red, and a white. THIS year, I got a white rosette for this quilt:

When my nephew found out, I told him, a can of blue paint spray will fix the color!! So pleased and proud of my first rosette. It is so pretty. Kudos to the quilter, the Fabulous Feline Fanatic. Her quilting did such wonders for this quilt. I realize this isn't the best picture so here is one previously taken that shows the quilt better.
First place went to a beautiful pastel embroidered quilt with pretty quilting and embellishment. Second was an art quilt showing the hand of God during creation. So I was proud to be in such august company.
