Terri its called Flower Box. I found it by mistake ... Its from createinthesticks.blogspot.com . It says it makes a 12" block so I sewed with a scant 1/4" if you try to make one. Not hard to do and its perfect with Jabas fabric I think! I think its a pattern on Crafty web site too:
