That top needle looks like a wing needle. It is possible they would fit one of those hand held stitchers used for sails or tack as someone else suggested. But, I have never seen a needle with the elongated slit in the top of it.
Isn't that an hydraulic lift under the top of the sewing cabinet? The older I get, the more I long for one.
That blue gizmo that looks a bit like a tracing wheel looks like something I've seen for dressing glass edges. Sorry, everything is looks like, may be.
