I think I got a chart from "All People Quilt" wherein we are to list 12 UFOs, quilt kits, knitting, etc onto the 12 lines provided. At the beginning of each month, draw a number 1-12. If you pick #4, this is the project for the month to finish hopefully by the end of the month. Repeat at the beginning of the next month and by the end of the year, you will have reduced your UFOs. -- This is my plan and have started to make my list.
i visited a guild that used this as their year long challenge. they only listed 6 ufos and had 2 months to complete. the fun part was, if you did not complete your ufo, you had to carry a sign saying so and do a walk of shame around the room. additionally, you had to pass out a bag of candy. LOL so fun
