I don't know, I guess it depends on if it makes you feel cheap or thrifty or feel guilty for not using it. I don't think most think Oh boy look at the money I'm saving by keeping this scrap paper. I think most feel guilty about letting go of something that they see as could be useful one day, some day, in five years....It's paper, not even made from wood pulp anymore. I use to save every piece of paper that could be reused. All I had was a big pile of used papers to deal with. No used paper saved at my house.
