Question: Don't fully understand the concept. Do you make one set of (50) 2 1/2" squares for each month (?) or for each person's birthday month that is participating in the swap? If 3 people share the same month do you make 50 for each one? Have participated in a row quilt, a mug rug swap and a Secret Santa swap on this board but never a birthday swap.
