Can your sewing machine dealer not get it for you?

I have not dealt with this store, only because I do not have a Husqi!
However, I have been told several times that it is a very good Husqvarna dealer.
I know they deal with other Northern Ontario customers, either by the customer coming south, or snailing items to them.

Another place worth contacting would be ....

http://www.eddycrest.com/

They make sewing furniture and can also supply the plastic insert, according to the machine make/model. When I bought my desk, I already had the insert, so no need to buy it again!

I am sure that one or both of them will be quite willing to deal with you and ship it to you.
Good Luck!

I think the bigger challenge would be to get the hole in the plexi cut precisely, so it fits tight against the machine. That's one advantage to buying one ready-made.
