I made mine el cheapo. Here's a video on how to make your own from blue board insulation sheets. I did the same but with styrofoam sheets. Cheap and easy peasy and you can find the stuff at any hardware store. I covered mine with a cheap dollar store vinyl table cloth for a slippery surface, but you can also use plastic sheeting as in the video.
